Snowmobiling is one of the most thrilling ways to explore Lapland, and this safari does it the authentic way — on private forest land with both forest and tundra trails, well away from the busiest mass-tourism routes. Groups are kept small, with just five snowmobiles per guide, so the experience feels personal and unhurried.

Run by Arctic GM, a Lapland family with 20 generations of local roots and more than 50,000 guests served, the tour is fully in-house with certified guides who handle safety and instruction from start to finish. Your adventure begins at their Rovaniemi office, where you board a modern coach for the transfer to the private forest location.

Out on the trails you'll ride across untouched Arctic wilderness with plenty of stops for photos and short talks, then gather around a campfire for a warming barbecue before the transfer back to town.
